Rekishi Wo Kizame is one of the most popular ramen restaurant in Osaka. "Rekishi Wo Kizame" means that "Carve history" in Japanese. The ramen restaurant is located near Shimo-shinjo Station. Unique handwritten black signboard is characteristic.

Since the ramen restaurant is too popular, a processions of waiting guests was outside of the shop. I arrived to the ramen restaurant at 8:00 p.m, but I finally started eatting on the table at 9:20 a.m.

The restaurant's ramen is characterized by very large amounts sprouts, meats, lauds, and garlics. Its taste is too greasy. Recently, these ramens are popular in Japan, and a lots of people call it "Jiro-Kei". As reason, Jiro (Jiro is ramen restaurant, and it is located in Tokyo) established these greasy ramen that characterized by large amounts sprouts, meats, lauds, and garlics.
